Availability
We hold large stocks of all Products, however, in the unlikely event that we are temporarily out of stock of any of the products you have ordered, before processing your payment, we will email you advising which Products are temporarily out of stock and the date those out of stock Products will be available for dispatch. We will ask for your instructions to proceed by implementing one of the following options: a) Dispatch the Products we have in stock and place the out of stock products on back order and send them ASAP – Pizazz eStore pays the delivery cost. or b) Dispatch the Products we have in stock and cancel the balance of your PO. As soon as we have received your instructions, we will complete processing your PO.
Prices
If I buy from a Pizazz Distributor are their prices the same as on Pizazz eStore? Pizazz eStore prices may be lower than the prices charged by our Distributors. This is usually because our prices do not include local sales taxes and/or the charges detailed in section 9 below (if applicable) which are included in our Distributors prices to you. We have recommended selling prices; however, Distributors are free to sell at higher or lower prices.
Login/Register
Login: How do I login? Click on Login/Register at top right of the page. Enter your work email address and your own password. If you do not have a work email address, then enter your personal email address. I have forgotten my password, what should I do? Follow instructions on the Login page for "Forgotten your password". If you need assistance, please email us at enquiries@pizazzestore.com and we will call you. Registration: Do I have to register to buy from PizazzeStore.com? Yes, you need to register as a customer to buy from Pizazz eStore. Registering is quick and easy, simply enter your details in the fields provided. How do I change my customer details? You can change your details at any time. Login, click on and select "Update Details" on top menu bar, make the changes you want and click Update – at bottom of page. Are my details secure? Yes, your information is secure. We have effective firewalls and anti-virus protection software and only authorised members of our customer service team have access to your information (not your credit card details) to the extent required to process your PO's and/or respond to your emails. We will not share/sell your details to any other "Party".
Purchasing
How do I buy Pizazz products? You have two options. You can buy locally from one of our Distributors or you can buy from our eStore. Email us at enquiries@pizazzestore.com for the contact details of the Distributors serving your location. To buy from Pizazz eStore go to: https://pizazzsystems.com/Login. You can select the products you want by highlighting your choices and enter pack quantity. Alternatively - If you know the product #s you can order by entering each product#, then enter the pack quantity required. Is there a minimum PO value? No. There is no minimum PO value.
Payment
How do I pay for my PO? You can pay for your PO by Credit Card or Debit Card – we accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Security
Is it safe to shop at PizazzeStore.com? Yes, we want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience. The password you provide should be unique to you and kept secure (we can't see your password, or your credit card details), and you must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. You can help to protect your details from unauthorised access by logging out each time you finish using our eStore, particularly if you are doing so from public or shared computer. What security and protection do you offer? All payments are implemented by Stripe, Inc. For more information about Stripe visit www.stripe.com. You are connected directly to Stripe to protect your data. Stripe's payments process is PCI compliant, and all card data is encrypted and securely stored. As Pizazz eStore is not involved in the payment process we do not receive or hold any details of your credit or debit cards.
Fulfillment
If I think there are some Products are missing from my PO, what should I do? Photos are taken of the products in every PO before and after packing. Care is taken to ensure that you receive exactly what you have ordered. Every PO is picked by one team member and checked by a supervisor prior to being packed and dispatched however, if you think some products are missing, please recheck carefully. If you are then sure that some products are missing, please email us immediately at enquiries@pizazzestore.com with the details and a photo of the products you received. If some products are missing from your PO, we will be able to identify them from our photos, stock control and by the weight of your PO, all POs are weighed/measured before dispatch and again by DHL. I think I have received some wrong Products – what should I do? Photos are taken of the products in every PO before packing into export box. Pizazz takes care to ensure that you receive exactly what you have ordered. Every PO is picked by one team member and checked by a supervisor prior to being packed and dispatched however, if you think some products are wrong, please check carefully against the PO you placed with us. If you are then sure that some products are wrong, please email us immediately at enquiries@pizazzestore.com with a photo/s front and back of the pack/s showing the bar codes of the products you received. If you have received some wrong products - we will immediately replace them at our cost. I think there is something defective with my products – what should I do? Pizazz eStore has a very effective quality assurance department. All parts are inspected prior to assembly and packing and it is most unlikely that you would receive any products with faulty parts however, if you think some products are defective, please check carefully and then please email us immediately at enquiries@pizazzestore.com with details and photos of the defective products, and photos of the front and back of the pack/s showing the barcode on the pack/s. In the unlikely event that you have received defective products we will immediately courier replacement product/s at Pizazz's cost. Please do not discard defective product/s, pack/s or packaging. We will arrange with our courier to collect the defective parts, their packs and outer box. We will give you instructions at that time. Some of my products have been damaged during delivery – what should I do? If the packaging shows signs of damage, before you sign with DHL for delivery of your PO, ask the DHL driver to wait, while you open the box in front of the driver and check for any damaged products. We will only replace products that have been damaged in transit if the damage is identified at time of delivery when the DHL driver is present, and the damage is noted on their POD screen or hard copy - because any damage is DHL's responsibility. In the unlikely event that a box/es are badly damaged, take photos, do not accept/sign for the delivery ask DHL to return the box/es to their depot. Please email us immediately at enquiries@pizazzestore.com providing full details and photos of the damaged products and packaging. We will contact you regarding their immediate replacement and organise with DHL the return of any damaged products in their packaging and original outer box.
Delivery + Tracking
Delivery: How long does Pizazz eStore take deliver my PO? 3 days to metropolitan areas, 4 to 5 days if remote delivery. Very occasionally deliveries are randomly selected for customs inspection, which can delay delivery usually only by 1 or 2 days. How are POs delivered? By DHL Express Courier. Our manufacturing and Global Distribution Centre is in Bangkok, Thailand. Pizazz pays all the delivery costs for delivery by DHL Express for POs with a value of more than USD300. If my PO is less than the delivery paid by Pizazz value - how much will the delivery cost be? For POs with a smaller value, Pizazz shares the delivery cost with you. PO Value: USD 0+ 50+ 100+ 150+ 200+ 250+ 300+. Your Share of the Delivery Charge: USD 30 25 20 15 10 5 0. Tracking: Can I track my PO? Yes, we email you the DHL tracking # for your PO. We track your PO daily, until it is delivered to you. In the unlikely event that there is a delay, we contact DHL to resolve any issues.
Import Duty
Is import duty applicable to my PO? Some countries have a duty free level up to a specific figure, which is called the De minimis value, below which duty is not charged. Most countries charge import duty, sales taxes and/or other ancillary charges on imported products when the PO value is more than the De minimis value, which varies from country to country. The recipient is responsible for import duty, sales taxes and/or other charges that maybe payable on the products arrival in the country of delivery. Before you place your first PO, please contact your local Customs Department to ascertain if there is a De minimis value and whether any duty, sales tax and/or other charges are applicable to the products you want to order. Quote the first 6 digits of each tariff below – they are the same in every country – the last 4 digits are country specific. Example: US Customs Tariff Classifications for our products are as follows: Materials Tariff Classifications Category Aluminium 7616.99.5190 Other Articles of Aluminium Hybrid 3926.90.9989 Other Articles of Plastic Resin 3926.90.9989 Other Articles of Plastic. These charges are paid by DHL and charged to your DHL account. If you do not have an account with DHL, they will contact you for payment before delivery. Returns
Can I return a Product I've bought from Pizazz eStore? Please choose the products you order carefully and proceed on the basis that all sales are final and that Pizazz eStore has no legal obligation to accept products for return. While Pizazz eStore has no legal obligation to do so, we do strive to be user friendly and may agree to the return of products. The return process can be complex, and customers will incur costs, including return freight and insurance, possibly import duty (the country of origin and manufacture must be as being Thailand) a restocking fee, etc. All customs processing has become more rigorous. How do I return a Product/s? Within 7 days of receiving your PO, please email us at enquiries@pizazzestore.com detailing the products you would like to return. Include details of any replacement products you would like to purchase and request a PRA # (Product Return Authorization Number) from Pizazz before you start the return process. With your request, please email to us, our Pizazz invoice to you for the original purchase of the products you want to return. If Pizazz agrees to the return of your products, the procedure for their return will be emailed to you with the PRA #. The products you wish to return, must be dispatched back to us within 7 days of your receipt of our PRA #. It will be your responsibility to organise and pay for return courier. Returned products must be in their original unopened packaging, unmarked and undamaged when they are received by Pizazz. We will take photos/video when opening your box. Any products received back by Pizazz that are damaged will not be replaced/credited and if the packaging is marked or damaged, they will incur repacking charges. Do not return any products back to Pizazz without first obtaining a PRA #. Will I get a refund for products I return? If you return products in accordance with the above you will be refunded your purchase price less any applicable charges, details will be in our PRA. Refunds will made to the credit card that was used to purchase the goods.

Installation
Do you supply wall anchors with your standoffs? No, and there is a good reason why we do not supply wall anchors - it is crucially important that the A or G parts are securely installed onto the wall/substrate. Secure and safe installations require that the wall/substrate anchors used are specifically made for use with the type of wall/substrate at the installation. Most installers carry a range of anchors, alternatively anchors and advice are available from hardware stores etc. How far apart should Pizazz standoffs be spaced? Spacing is determined by the rigidity and weight of the panel material, the size of the standoff and the "desired look". As a rule, for rigid panels, a standoff is installed mid-point when the distance apart exceeds 600mm for small, 900mm for medium and 1200mm for large, XL + XXL size standoffs. These dimensions should be reduced for panels that are not rigid.
Outdoors
Can Pizazz standoffs be used outdoors? Yes, Pizazz Aluminum Anodised standoffs (not Bright Silver) can be used outdoors. Pizazz Hybrid Aluminum Anodised standoffs (not Bright Silver) can be used outdoors with Resin A + D parts. Pizazz Resin standoffs - can be used outdoors, Resin will not corrode, and they have a UV inhibitor additive. Trials in New Zealand's very high UV index, ascertained our Standard colours performed well, with no visible signs of fading after 6 months, but the PT colours did show some fading – email enquiries@pizazzestore.com for more information.

Spare Parts
I need some spare parts – what should I do? Email enquiries@pizazzestore.com and provide the diameter/colour, photo if possible and the barcode and/or invoice of your original purchase to help Pizazz correctly identify the spare part/s you want. Pizazz will respond advising how this process works.
Combo Colours
Can I Buy Resin mono•mounts and/or multi•mounts with different coloured parts i.e. black A part and white E part? Yes, we can supply mono•mounts and/or multi•mounts with different coloured combinations according to your selection.
Custom Colours
Can I buy custom colours of your standoffs? Yes, we can supply custom colours, minimums apply, we will need a colour sample from you or a PMS/RGB colour, different materials could produce slightly different colours. Please send your enquiry and information to enquiries@pizazzestore.com

Recycling
Are Pizazz standoffs eco-friendly? • Pizazz's Aerospace grade Aluminum AI6063-T6 is recyclable and eco-friendly. • Our Aluminium anodizing process is ROHS certified and parts are recyclable. This is a requirement for export to the EU. • Our Resin standoffs can all be recycled.
